Ryann and Kasey

You just want to be normal about food.

Let's just say it.

You already did the work. Points, macros, the app that made you log a banana, the year you actually meal prepped every Sunday. You know more about nutrition than most people you know. You are still standing in the kitchen at 6pm doing math about a sandwich.

The number moved and nothing else did. You have been smaller before. You remember it. You still did not want to be in the picture. That is the part nobody warned you about.

It takes up so much room. Not in a crisis way, in a background noise way. Twenty years of low level commentary about a body you have had the whole time is a shitty soundtrack for a life you otherwise like.

TKT is not here to get you to a size.
It is here to make the whole thing take up less room.

Show me how

You have been chasing the number since you were a teenager.
The number was never the thing you wanted.

Nobody is selling the thing you actually wanted.

You don't need

Another plan that starts Monday. You have had a hundred Mondays.

×

To be smaller before you are allowed to feel good in your clothes

Rules with a softer name on them

One more voice online telling you what you already know

We'll show you

How to get dinner decided in under a minute, on a Tuesday, with what is in your house

How to trust your own call without a rulebook to check it against

How to eat for how you feel, energy, sleep, actual hunger, instead of for a number

What to do on the days it all falls apart, because some days it will

You know the what.
You need the how.

The Kitchen Table is a $15/month membership
for women who are done chasing a number to get a feeling.

Built by Kasey, a functional dietitian in private practice, and Ryann Nicole, a licensed therapist and the author of Food Noise. One of us handles the food. One of us handles the voice in your head about the food. Every version of this you have tried before only had one of those.

A real answer from a real person, every week.

Meet Ryann & Kasey

Ryann Nicole

Ryann Nicole

Licensed Therapist · Author of Food Noise

Ryann is the voice in your head that finally makes sense. She works on the part nobody sells you: the running commentary about what you ate, what you are going to eat, and what any of it says about you. She wrote a whole book about that noise, which tells you how much of her life it used to take up too.

Kasey Benavides

Kasey Benavides

Functional Dietitian · Private Practice

Kasey keeps up with the science so you do not have to, then tells you what it actually means for a Tuesday. She spent years assuming the food part would get easier once the body part was handled. It turned out to work the other way around, which is the whole reason this place exists.

Ease. Confidence. Acceptance. We built the place where those come first, for the versions of us who needed it.

This is for you if...

You have been at this since you were a teenager and you are tired

You want to feel like yourself in the clothes you already own, without being smaller first

You would like to stop dreading pictures

You want to care about your health without it becoming the whole personality

You do not want a program. You want somewhere to come back to.

You are not in crisis. You are just done with the noise.

Pull up a chair. We've been saving you a seat.

FAQs

Is this a weight loss program?

No. It is also not anti weight loss, and we are not going to make you perform a position on it. You are allowed to want to feel better in your body. What we will not do is treat a number as the thing that finally makes you okay, because you have tested that theory for twenty years and it did not hold up.

Do I have to be a mom?

No. A lot of us are, and the mom stuff comes up. But the thing everybody here has in common is not kids, it is years of chasing a smaller body for a feeling it never handed over.

Will this add more to my already full plate?

It should take things off it. The meal plans decide dinner for you, the recipes are short, and nothing in here needs to be finished. Come for five minutes or come for an hour. The table is set either way.

What if I can't keep up?

There is nothing to keep up with. No start date, no week one, no cohort, nothing expires. This is not a program, it is a place you can come back to.

What makes this different from just following you on Instagram?

Instagram is where we say the thing. This is where you get the how, and where you can ask us a question and get an answer with your actual life in it.

What if I join and it's not for me?

Cancel anytime, one button. No call, no form, no exit survey trying to talk you out of it.

The table is set.

Ease, confidence, and a life you are not negotiating with. That is what is on the other side of this button.
