You just want to feel like you again.
Let's just say it.
It's not as easy as it used to be. You're running on cold coffee and whatever's left on your kids' plates wondering if this is just what aging feels like.
You want to feel good again. You grew a human. Your body changed. And every time you think 'this is the week I finally have time for me' someone gets sick or work explodes and it doesn't happen... again.
Your own brain is your biggest hater. The same thoughts on repeat. 'I'm not doing enough, I've let myself go, I'll start Monday, I should be able to do this on my own' live rent free in your mind.
TKT doesn't add to your plate.
It helps you take things off of it.
No one is giving us a realistic solution.
You don't need
To squeeze your life into what worked at 20
Another program promising to fix you
Performative self-care
Another app telling you what you should be doing
We'll show you
How to stop putting yourself last on a list that never ends
A community of women who actually get it
How to fit it all into the life you have right now
Two experts in your corner instead of in your feed
The Kitchen Table is a $15/month self-care membership
for moms who are ready to stop being last on their own list.
Built by a therapist and a dietitian who are in the trenches of motherhood with you, not talking at you from the other side of it.
What's waiting for you at the table
Off Your Plate

The mom convos you didn't know you needed.
Every Monday, Ryann and Kasey talk about the mom guilt, the body stuff, the mental load, the fact that you can't remember the last time someone asked how you were doing. Let's take some things off your plate.
Recipes

Real food. Real weeknights.
Simple, wholesome meals your whole family will actually eat (including the picky one). No complicated steps, no ingredients you've never heard of, no second meal for the kids. Just real food that works on a real weeknight.
The Resource Library

The tools that actually work.
The exact tools Ryann and Kasey use on themselves, not just their clients, because they're in the trenches of motherhood too.
The Mom Community

Moms in the same season, finding each other.
A group of moms in the same season who will make you feel seen in ways you didn't even know you needed and remind you that you're not as alone in this as you thought.

Meet Ryann & Kasey
Ryann Nicole
Licensed Therapist · Toddler Mom
Ryann is the voice in your head that finally makes sense. As a therapist and a toddler mom, she understands the mental load, the identity shift, the moment you realized you'd been putting yourself last so long it started feeling normal. She's here to help you quiet the noise, break the mindset blocks that keep you stuck, and remember who you are outside of everyone who needs something from you.
Kasey Benavides
Registered Dietitian · Toddler Mom
Kasey is the dietitian who actually gets what it's like to try to eat well when there's a toddler attached to your leg. She cuts through the noise, keeps up with the science, and makes nourishing yourself (and your family) feel genuinely doable. Whether you're still carrying the baby weight, trying to feel better in your body, or just want to stop thinking about food so much, Kasey makes the path forward feel simple instead of overwhelming.
We're not talking at you from the other side of it. We're in it with you and we built The Kitchen Table because we needed it too.

FAQs
Will this add more to my already full plate?▾
Not at all. Everything inside TKT is designed to take things off your plate, not add them on. Dip in when you have five minutes. The table is always set when you're ready.
What if I can't keep up?▾
You can't fall behind at The Kitchen Table. The podcast is there when you want it. The recipes are there when you need them. The community isn't going anywhere. Show up however works for you.
What makes this different from just following you on Instagram?▾
Instagram is content. The Kitchen Table is community. One you scroll past. One you actually belong to.
What if I join and it's not for me?▾
Cancel anytime. Just the click of a button.
I'm not a mom yet / my kids are grown. Is there still a place for me?▾
Absolutely! The Kitchen Table is built with moms in mind, but the heart of it is for anyone who wants to slow down, take better care of themselves, and enjoy life a little more.
Is this a weight loss program?▾
No. It's not a weight loss program and it's not anti-weight-loss either. You're allowed to want to feel better in your body, and you're allowed to want food to just feel less like a thing. Both are normal here. Many women will find the tools here to be the very thing they need to pursue weight loss in a healthy way, but we'll never prioritize your weight over your mental or physical health.
