Cherry Limeade Daily Bev

Cherry Limeade Daily Bev

At the last happy hour I hosted, this drink got more pours than the bottle of red I opened. And that's not because my friends are sober it's literally just that good.

It's currently my favorite Daily Bev in the lineup & I know you're gonna love it too. Which, if you're new here.... the Daily Bev is about to change your life. 1) because it's delicious yes but 2) because of the nutrients it'll give you.

Now, If taste alone isn't enough to get you to commit to a Daily Bev, indulge me in just a teeensy bit of boring science, because you need to hear this.

The reason this drink is soo elite is because it's packed with a certain nutrient that most of us are running low on. And it kind of gets swept under the rug because when you look at it on your blood work, it's probably going to be normal. Your kidneys work verrryy hard to keep it regulated which is great!! It also means slight deficiencies can go undetected.

And yet, these deficiencies can still lead to you feeling exhausted, bloated, and mess with things like thyroid and sex hormones.

Basically, its a much bigger deal than we give it credit for, it's depleted by fast paced lifestyles (hi all of us), and its tough to get enough from diet alone.

The key nutrient? Potassium!

With just 3 ingredients, this daily bev will give you the boost you need which means. Which means you get:

✨ better energy

✨ cellular hydration

✨ more regular bowel movements

✨ less of that puffy feeling

Recipes usually stay behind the door for our kitchen table gals, but this one's three ingredients so we're not going to be weird about it. While you're here, take a peek at the rest of our recipe library, the meal plans, & the grocery lists sorted by aisle. If your vibe is making healthy easier, you're in the right spot. It's all in there for $15/month 🫢🏻

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup coconut water (giving you 500 mg potassium 😏)
  • 1 splash of tart cherry juice
  • Juice from 1 lime

What I want you to hear: you do NOT need to measure this one. Throw it all into a cup and adjust based on taste! When I'm making a big batch, I actually go based on color to know how much cherry juice to add!

Phone eats first!

If you make this, send us what it actually looked like on your kitchen table. We don't need Pinterest inspo, we need the real one. Burnt edges, mismatched plates, messy kitchens. Email it to jointhekitchentable@gmail.com with the subject FOOD PIC.
