Lemon Chicken Piccata is one of our family go tos. The idea of converting it to a one pan dish might seem silly. Is getting out a pot to boil water for pasta really that much extra work?
Maybe not, but in the 20 minutes it takes me to make this dish my toddler has already made a mess in every other room and I'll take one less pot to wash. I also think it makes the dish go faster to not have to wait for your water to boil!
