The other day I was craving spring rolls. It was hot AF, I wanted something light and fresh, and spring rolls sounded PERFECT. The problem is that every time I’ve tried to make them, it’s been a mess. I could never figure out the damn wrappers. Suddenly my lunch has become an arts and crafts project I did not sign up for.
WELL. Did you know there is basically an entire spring roll algorithm on Instagram??? The amount of things people are making with these wrappers is ASTRONOMICAL. Crispy little things. Stuffed little things. Things I have saved and will absolutely be trying. But first, especially while it’s still so damn hot outside, we’re starting with the classic.
And I am happy to report: I finally figured out the damn wrapper.
