Real talk

So what do we actually talk about here?

Can I want to lose weight without losing my mind over it?

Is anyone else trying to get more protein without putting protein in literally everything?

Can someone please explain what we're actually supposed to care about with our Oura rings?

Am I overthinking this, or is this actually worth caring about?

Also — what are we making for dinner?

Ryann and Kasey

Maybe you don't need another program.

You've started enough of them to know how they end.

You already know what to do. The information isn't your problem. The execution is. The Kitchen Table helps you close that gap.

You know yourself better than that. You know what feels good in your body and what doesn't. You want dinners you actually look forward to, strength you can feel, and the freedom to set goals without turning your life into a self-improvement project.

You want results without the lifestyle. You want to enjoy your salad and also your social life. You're not a 23-year-old wellness influencer. And you don't have to live like one to get results.

Welcome to
The Kitchen Table.

The Kitchen Table is where you stop starting over.

There's another way to do this.

You're done with

×

Starting over every Monday and calling it a fresh start

×

Knowing more about this than anyone and still not doing it

×

Wondering what's wrong with you that you can't just be consistent

×

Grading yourself at the end of every day

You want to

Get in shape without losing your mind over it

Care about protein, workouts, sleep, hormones — whatever — without making it your personality

Miss a week and pick it back up like a normal person

Be chill but disciplined about food, and honestly about most other things too

You don't need to know more.
You need it to take less.

The Kitchen Table is a $15/month community
for women who know what to do and can't seem to do it.

A dietitian to help with the action, and a therapist to help with the part of your brain that talks you out of it.

Meet Ryann & Kasey

Ryann Nicole

Ryann Nicole

Licensed Therapist · Author of Food Noise

You know when someone finally says the thing you've been thinking but couldn't put into words? That's Ryann. She's spent years inside the complicated relationship women have with food, and now she applies the same thing to the rest of your life. She'll help you spend less energy second-guessing and perfecting, and more energy doing.

Kasey Benavides

Kasey Benavides

Registered Dietitian

Kasey is the dietitian you wished you had in your twenties. An RD who actually keeps up with the science, cuts through the noise, and tells you the truth even when it's not what the internet is saying. She will make eating well feel so simple you'll genuinely wonder why it ever felt hard and her recipes will become a permanent part of your rotation.

This is probably your table if...

You know more about this than anyone you know and still can't seem to do it consistently

You like eating well, moving your body, and feeling good but you just refuse to make any of it your entire personality

You want to set health or fitness goals without immediately questioning whether you're allowed to want them

You want to know what's actually worth caring about in wellness without falling down another internet rabbit hole

You want simple, genuinely good food ideas that make taking care of yourself easier

You want a dietitian and a therapist on hand when a question comes up, instead of three tabs open at 11pm

And you really want all the hard work you do to finally start showing up in your life.

FAQs

Do I have to keep up with everything?

Nope. There is nothing to keep up with. Listen when you want to listen. Grab a recipe when you need dinner inspiration. Ask a question when you have one. Jump into the community when you feel like talking. Disappear for three weeks and come back like nothing happened. You cannot fall behind here.

How is this different from following you on Instagram?

Instagram is where we share with you. The Kitchen Table is where we talk with you. You can ask questions, join the conversations, get access to everything we're sharing behind the scenes, and actually get to know the women you're sitting at the table with.

Is The Kitchen Table for me if I'm really struggling with food?

Probably not, and that's intentional. The Kitchen Table isn't a recovery or treatment program. It's designed for women who have already done a lot of that work and are ready for the conversation to get bigger than food. If you're looking for step-by-step support to heal your relationship with food, you'll likely need more support than this membership is designed to provide.

Is this a weight-loss program?

No, but it can be. We're not a weight loss community and we're not anti-weight-loss either. You can want to lose weight, you can want to maintain, you can have no weight goal at all. What we care about is that you're taking care of yourself in a way you can actually keep doing, whatever the number's doing.

What if I join and decide it's not for me?

Cancel anytime. No awkward breakup required.

You already know what to do.

This is the part where you actually do it. Nothing to catch up on.
